Order Refund Policy

This Order Refund Policy applies to users of dropshipping.tangbuy.com.

1. Order Delays

If an order shows no logistics tracking information or no updates for more than 100 days from the date it is shipped from the Tangbuy warehouse (for the USA: 45 days; for Brazil: 110 days), the buyer may request a refund or reshipment within 7 days after the above period expires, except for specific shipping methods and destinations. Upon Tangbuy’s approval, the corresponding refund or reshipment will be provided.

2. Undelivered Orders

(a) If the order logistics information shows it has been delivered, Tangbuy will no longer accept any refund or reshipment requests.
(b) If the package is marked as delivered but was not actually received, a claim must be filed within 7 days of the marked delivery date along with valid proof of non-delivery issued by the local post office with an official seal. Refund or reshipment will be granted upon Tangbuy’s approval.
(c) If non-receipt of the order is due to reasons attributable to the user and/or recipient (including but not limited to incorrect or incomplete address, unreachable recipient, recipient not at home or moved away, refusal to accept, failure to pick up the package in time, no safe delivery location, customs clearance issues, etc.), Tangbuy will not accept any refund or reshipment requests.

3. Wrong or Missing Items

All products shipped from Tangbuy warehouses undergo a strict quality inspection process with inspection videos. If the delivered order contains wrong or missing items, a claim must be filed within 7 days of the marked delivery date with photo or video evidence. Upon Tangbuy’s approval, the case will be handled as follows:
(a) Wrong or missing products: partial refund or reshipment of the affected items;
(b) Missing components of the product: If the missing parts do not affect the main function, partial refund or reshipment of the missing components will be provided. If the missing parts affect the main function, only reshipment of the missing components will be provided;
(c) Missing accessories: Only reshipment of the missing accessories will be provided.

4. Damaged Products

All products shipped from Tangbuy warehouses undergo a strict quality inspection process with inspection videos. If the delivered product is damaged, a claim must be filed within 3 days of the marked delivery date with photo or video evidence. Upon Tangbuy’s approval, partial refund or reshipment of the damaged portion will be provided.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled after payment only if the order has not yet been processed in the Tangbuy warehouse. However, custom-made (POD) orders, pre-sale inventory orders, and other specific types of orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made.

6. Special Notes

6.1 Refunds or reshipments are only applicable if the issue is due to Tangbuy’s responsibility. No refund or reshipment will be provided for reasons not attributable to Tangbuy. Tangbuy does not accept any refund, return, or reshipment requests caused by the user and/or recipient.

6.2 Tangbuy shall not be liable for damage, loss, delay, or non-delivery caused by:
(a) Force majeure, including but not limited to earthquakes, fires, snowstorms, floods, typhoons, storms, fog, severe weather, strikes, riots, explosions, wars or threats of war, terrorist incidents, traffic accidents, embargoes, changes in regulations or policies, acts or decisions of government or judiciary, robbery, vehicle hijacking, or other unforeseeable, unavoidable, or uncontrollable events;
(b) Damage caused by the natural properties, inherent defects, or reasonable wear and tear of the goods;
(c) Reasons attributable to the user and/or recipient (including but not limited to incorrect or incomplete address, unreachable recipient, recipient not at home or moved away, refusal to accept, failure to pick up the package in time, no safe delivery location, customs clearance issues, etc.).

6.3 Refunds will only be based on the actual amount paid for the refunded product at the time of order. For clarity, refunds do not include shipping fees of the order and/or the refunded product. Coupons, discounts, and promotional values will not be refunded in cash or in kind, nor restored to the user’s account. Additional terms and conditions of promotions apply.

6.4 Refunds will be returned to the user’s account balance or credited back to the original payment account (refund fees may be charged by the payment service provider).
